I acknowledge that if I purchase less than the recommended number of emails for an email flow, I may not receive all the standard elements typically included in a comprehensive email sequence. I understand that opting for a reduced number of emails may impact the overall effectiveness of the email flow and potentially limit the information conveyed to my customers.

I understand that my subscription includes a 7-day free onboarding period before my first payment is processed. After this period, my monthly campaigns will automatically renew every 28 days. I acknowledge that while there are no long-term contracts or hidden fees, I am responsible for managing my subscription through the client portal, where I can modify or cancel my plan at any time.

I acknowledge that all email marketing services provided are non-refundable. I understand that each campaign and flow is custom-created for my brand, involving significant research, strategy, and manual work. While the team will implement reasonable revisions based on feedback, this is not a "satisfaction guarantee" or "pay only if you like it" service. I understand I am investing in professional creative work based on my provided brief and requirements. No specific results or engagement rates are guaranteed, as the focus is on delivering quality work and implementing revisions within the original scope of work.
